Guelph - Summer Olympics? Help?!?!?

Okay so i have a geography project and i have to write about why the summer Olympics should be in Guelph. I know sucks (N)

Does anyone have any ideas on why it should be there?
Like does it have flat land? to build like stadiums on or anything?
Whats the physical geography of it?
What are key features?
or like the transportation and accommodations?
