"Tickets for the Vancouver 2010 Olympic Winter Games will go on sale in October 2008. For more information – including pricing and methods of purchase – visit our ticketing section." As for hotels, looks like that info is coming in the next few months as well: "Accommodations "VANOC, in association with the regional tourism associations and hotels, are in the early stages of an accommodation plan for spectators that will be traveling to Vancouver and Whistler for the 2010 Winter Games. More information on spectator accommodation will be available in fall 2008. " " From the official website’s FAQ (with links below):
